More than a licensee

Neil is an industry leader and experienced senior financial services executive who has built his career in wealth management, licensee management, advice and distribution.

His key skills include strategy development and execution, sales leadership, organisational restructures, mergers & acquisitions, and large organisational leadership with teams of 1500+ employees.

Neil joined the Group in January 2017. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Advice and Distribution at ANZ Wealth, where he oversaw ANZ’s financial advice and risk businesses, including ANZ Financial Planning and its aligned licensees: Millennium3, RetireInvest, FSP and Elders Financial Planning, collectively representing over 1500 financial planners.

Neil also has extensive executive level experience gained from roles including General Manager at Commonwealth Bank Financial Planning, Head of Licensee Services at BT Financial Group and CEO of Securitor.

He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and possesses substantial board and responsible management experience across various entities, regulated licensee businesses, and advice boards, including the Financial Services Council, giving him deep insight into financial services regulatory reform. Neil has significant experience engaging with regulators and government.

As a respected financial commentator, Neil’s opinions are frequently sought in industry publications, and he is regularly invited to speak at industry events.

Matt brings over 20 years of extensive experience in financial services, with a career encompassing a diverse range of roles within the industry. He joined the Group in December 2023 as Executive General Manager of Advice with a remit to guide and expand the Group's Advice licensee businesses - Fortnum and Personal Financial Services (PFS) - as part of the Group's strategic leadership in the financial advice sector.

Immediately before joining our team, Matt served as Executive General Manager of Advice for Australian Unity, where he led the transaction and transition for AU to bring PFS and Fortnum together. Prior to this, he held the CEO position of two licensees – Millennium3 and Financial Services Partners. Earlier in his career, Matt spent a decade with CBA/Colonial First State where he held pivotal roles including Head of Advice Development focusing on distribution growth and innovation. His background also encompasses roles in fund administration, product management, insurance underwriting, and advice technical analysis & strategy.

Matt's qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Financial Services Law, along with a Diploma of Financial Planning, and a Diploma of Superannuation Fund Management.

Daniela brings extensive knowledge and experience, and more importantly, practice insight to advice solutions where she, and her team, support advisers to deliver high-quality advice while meeting legislative requirements.
Daniela not only helps advisers to achieve what needs to be done, but also how they can operate to achieve better outcomes.

Joining the Group in June 2018, Daniela holds a Bachelor of Economics (Commercial Law, Finance and Economics) and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. With over 16 years in the financial planning industry, Daniela previously served as Senior Manager for Advice and Strategy at HSBC. In this role she was responsible for the provision of quality advice, day-to-day operations, processes and technology.

Throughout her career, Daniela has managed teams of Paraplanners and Associate Advisers, collaborating closely with clients to meet their financial planning objectives across roles at organisations including Macquarie Bank, Perpetual Limited and Commonwealth Bank.

Jason joined the Group in November 2022 and is responsible for the network's in-field Practice Engagement team. The team are the key point of contact from a relationship perspective for all Fortnum & PFS firms, as well as running the Business Optimisation Service (BOS) program for those firms wanting assistance with a roadmap for business improvement & growth.

Jason brings over 20 years experience in financial services and within financial planning practices, including working as a Financial Adviser. His other roles have centred around Practice Development & business improvement, working with practice principals to help them determine the best approach to grow their business asset.

Jason's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master's in Business Administration, both from the University of Newcastle, along with a Diploma in Financial Services. With a foundation in Chartered and Public Accounting practice, Jason’s education and background uniquely qualify him to thoroughly understanding the profession of Financial Planning.

With over 25 years in the industry, Sam is a seasoned financial planning professional specialising in practice management, program implementation, and compliance.

As the Senior Manager of Practice Engagement & Growth at Entireti, Sam partners with financial planning businesses to unlock their full potential through strategic planning, marketing, and client acquisition. She is committed to coaching businesses to adapt, thrive, and achieve profitability, compliance, and sustainability.

A long-serving member of the FAAA Melbourne Metro Community Chapter, Sam is dedicated to advancing the financial planning industry, particularly for new professionals and women. She has also served on the Deakin University Financial Planning Advisory Board, contributing her expertise to shape the future of financial planning education.

During her spare time, Sam loves to swim, cycle the rail trails, travel and sew.

With over a decade of experience in financial services, spanning diverse roles within licensed financial services firms, Aaron joined the Group in 2023 as Senior Manager Practice Engagement and Growth (NSW, ACT, WA). His role focuses on supporting our member firms in Personal Financial Services (PFS) and Fortnum.

Aaron plays a pivotal role in our in-field practice development team, where his central responsibility lies in collaborating with our member firms to identify their key drivers and challenges. His objective is to develop a roadmap that promotes business improvement and fosters growth.

Before joining Entireti, Aaron held the position of Regional Manager, Advice for NSW, ACT, and WA at Australian Unity. In this role, Aaron oversaw a regional panel of PFS self-employed practices as well as a team of employed financial advisers within the Australian Unity Financial Advice business. His tenure provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and strategies between the employed and self-employed networks, enriching both channels with best ideas and practices.

Aaron is committed to effecting positive change within financial advice practices. He finds fulfillment in collaborating with business owners and their teams to collectively develop sustainable financial advice businesses. Aaron brings a rigorous analytical approach to decision-making and possesses advanced technical proficiency with financial planning tools such as Xplan. Aaron is well-equipped to support firms with our Business Optimisation Service (BOS) framework, as well as cost to serve, pricing, business enablement and operational efficiency, workflow management and business reporting and analytics.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Finance and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional. He has also completed the Ethics and Professionalism in Financial Advice course through Kaplan Professional and successfully passed the FASEA financial adviser exam.

An extensive career spanning over 35 years in financial services, wealth management and professional services holding senior and general management positions with market leading organizations including KPMG, Colonial First State, Commonwealth Bank, Australian Unity, Challenger and AMP.

John joined the Group in December 2023, charged with managing and aligning the investment research team and providing a first-class proposition to advisers together with driving forward the portfolio management capabilities of the group via managed accounts and the MDA service proposition.

Prior to joining the Group, John spent over five years as the General Manager, Licensee and Corporate Super Services at Australian Unity within the Advice business.

Expertise across distribution and sales, financial planning, technical and investment consulting, corporate superannuation, product, administration and dealer group services including technical, investment research, compliance, paraplanning, professional development, advice and business coaching and adviser recruitment.
John is a passionate leader who inspires, builds, leads, mentors high performing and industry leading teams that provide first class services to its clients.

John's qualifications include a Master of Financial Services Law, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments, Bachelor of Commerce and Diplomas in Superannuation Management and Financial Planning.

Outside of work John’s passion lies in football (soccer) coaching and has been at Blacktown City FC in the NSW NPL for over 10 years and is part of the first-grade coaching staff. This year he was also appointed to lead the King’s School First XI team in the NSW GPS championship series. John holds an FA/AFC A Licence.

Ian and his team oversee the management of Entireti's model portfolios and SMAs, maintain the Approved Product Lists, provide economic and investment updates, and assist advisers with queries related to investment products and market conditions.

Before joining Entireti, Ian Holliday was a Senior Investment Analyst at Australian Unity Funds Management, where he was responsible for investment research, analysis, and portfolio construction for approximately 80 internally managed investment funds.

Ian’s previous roles include serving as a Research Manager at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank (Sandhurst Trustees/Bendigo Financial Planning) and as an investment adviser/stockbroker. In these roles, he advised clients on direct shares, hybrid securities, managed funds, unlisted property, and fixed income products, and assisted companies with capital raising.

Ian holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, Diploma of Financial Planning and Investment Administration Qualification from the Securities Institute.

Yvonne joined The Group in December 2023 as the Head of Technical and Paraplanning. Before this, she served as the Head of Technical and Professional Development at Australian Unity Advice since late 2018. Her extensive experience includes over 12 years with the highly regarded FirstTech team at Colonial First State. In her current role, Yvonne provides advisers with expert technical guidance and industry insights on legislative and regulatory matters.

A sought-after speaker, Yvonne regularly presents at professional development days and conferences and contributes technical articles to industry magazines. She holds a Master of Taxation from Sydney University, an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services, and degrees in Actuarial Studies and Applied Finance.

Anne joined the Group in December 2023, having also served as Head of Advice Delivery and Licensee Standards at Australian Unity in the immediate 5 years prior. During that time, she managed multiple improvement projects to enhance compliance policies and advice documents used in the advice process. At the core of her work, she seeks to drive the continuous improvement of tools, technology and processes to optimise efficiency and uphold the quality of financial advice to clients.

Throughout her 15+ years in the financial services industry, she has held key roles including Compliance Manager at BT Financial Group and Paraplanning Team Leader and Quality Development Consultant at NAB. Her experience, coupled with her Bachelor of Commerce (Business Finance) and Arts, has greatly contributed to her proficiency in compliance and technical coaching, mentoring, change management and project management.

Simone is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential and is passionate about fostering environments where the Entireti community can learn, grow, and develop to be their best.

Since joining the Group in June 2014 to manage the professional development program, Simone's role has since expanded to Head of Group Culture & Development as the business has grown. She is responsible for overseeing Entireti's people, culture, and communication program - aimed at fostering and cultivating a high-performing and inspirational workplace. Additionally, she monitors and reviews the culture within Entireti's advice community to continually enhance their experience within the network.

Simone's holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) and has over 25 years of experience in the financial planning profession. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.

Simone's previous roles encompass practice and professional development, alliance management, marketing within licensees, as well as practice management and paraplanning in financial planning practices.

Coming from a small country community, Simone finds great enjoyment in being part of the Entireti community and contributing to their ongoing success.

An advice technology specialist with a strong background in financial services, Cassandra is innovative and solutions driven.

Offering experience in hands-on practice management, project management and implementation services for financial planning practices, Cassandra has direct insight and a clear understanding of the practical requirements of modern practices.

As Head of Technology, Cassandra joined the Group in January 2017 and is responsible for enhancing the advice process and partnering with practices to provide holistic technology solutions.

Prior to joining the Group, Cassandra was the Digital Advice Manager at Bendigo Bank and Adelaide Bank, where she was responsible for implementing and supporting their advice technology. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning).

Jenny joined the Group in November 2017 and is responsible for the network's operations functions which includes onboarding advice firms and facilitating their transition into Entireti, overseeing weekly brokerage processing and providing operational support to the network's advice firms.

With over 25 years in the financial services industry, Jenny brings extensive expertise in all facets of financial planning, the advice process and support services for both salaried and aligned licensees. Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics and a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of New South Wales.

Jenny's comprehensive knowledge stems from her diverse experience in roles such as business analysis, advice model consulting and, operations manager. Jenny has worked with organisations such as the Commonwealth Bank, Colonial First State, ANZ and ClearView. Working with the following licensees Commonwealth Financial Planning, BW Financial Advice, Matrix Planning Solutions and ClearView Wealth where she oversaw day-to-day operations including onboarding, ongoing professional development and dealer group events.

Jenny’s primary responsibility is to drive an efficient and robust operational model at Entireti. She oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure that our advice firms experience a seamless transition to Entireti and are well supported once they have joined our community.
